The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. You'll work predominantly with children (0-12 years) and their families, with opportunities to support adult clients depending on your experience and interest. Clinical areas may include:
- Speech sound disorders
- Early language and play
- Literacy (e.g., Sounds-Write, CUBED, UFLI, phonological awareness)
- Narrative development and grammar
- Social communication
- Feeding therapy (e.g., Responsive feeding)
- Autism-informed and trauma-sensitive practice
- AAC and disability support (paediatric or adult clients)
You'll have autonomy over your caseload and flexibility to shape it to your strengths.

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
- A qualified Speech Pathologist (new grads or experienced welcome!)
- Current SPA registration (or eligible)
- Passionate about working with children and/or adults
- Interested in shaping a caseload that suits your interests
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Values collaboration, humour, and neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Experience with NDIS is desirable but not essential
- Hybrid work arrangement: client-facing work onsite with flexibility to complete admin and prep tasks from home
