Reporting to the Clinical Education Lead, Speech Pathology, the Clinical Educator, Adult Speech Pathology, is responsible for supervising and supporting students as they develop clinical skills in a student-led clinic setting. Key duties include overseeing students' clinical service delivery, applying evidence-based speech pathology practices, collaborating with academic staff to ensure clinical experiences meet learning objectives, providing direct supervision and feedback, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The role also involves ongoing professional development, effective communication with patients and colleagues, and participating in relevant administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have:
A master’s degree or equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience as appropriate and recognized by the University/Profession for the relevant discipline.
Proven ability to provide evidence based assessment and intervention for adults presenting with speech, language, swallowing and voice disorders.
Proven ability to provide effective supervision of students.
Demonstrated ability to be effective in teaching clinical skills in face-to-face, blended and/or online modes.
Highly Desirable Experience
Experience working with clients who have various medical or neurological conditions,
Experience applying evidence-based principles to voice assessment and intervention in gender-affirming car
